Return Policy

At Afreen Exotic Fragrance, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any orders placed. However, to ensure customer satisfaction, we offer trial or decant sizes of our products. If you are unsure of your selection, we recommend purchasing a trial size.

Important Notes:

• Products are non-returnable items.

• Returns or replacements will only be accepted for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery.

• Samples/Decants (20ML) are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

• If a product is being returned, the customer is responsible for shipping it back to our address.

• For health and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on products where the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed, or refused packages.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 business days with a mandatory unboxing video at Afreenexoticfragrance@gmail.com or call us at [9714477716] (Monday to Friday, 11 AM – 6 PM).

Required Details for Returns:

• Customer Name / Email

• Order Number

• Reason for Return

Returns that do not meet the above criteria or are sent without an RMA# may be returned to the customer or destroyed upon request.

All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed and delivered with in 15 business  working days. 

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to approval upon receipt of the returned product.

Key Points:

• Refunds will be made to the original payment source. Customers may need to share their bank details if required.

• A 2.5% fee (payment gateway charges) will be deducted from the refund amount.

• For failed online transactions, refunds are automatically processed to the source account and may take up to 7 working days.

Order Cancellation Policy

Afreen Exotic Fragrance reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:

• Limitations on product quantities available for purchase.

• Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.

• Quality defects in the product.

• Additional verification or information may be required before order acceptance.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

• Orders can be cancelled only within 1 hour of placement, as we strive for fast dispatch and delivery.

• To cancel your order, email your Order ID and reason for cancellation to Afreenexoticfragrance@gmail.com.
